What is a customer Protection Review?

This is a review of all the policies that you have with our agency. This is NOT A SELLING APPOINTMENT. We just go over your policies and point out have you have and what you don’t have.  We show you and explain to you your coverage’s, limits and discounts. A few moments taken will be well spent.

Why is it important?

It is important for you to review your entire policy regularly- so that you have the protection you feel is right. Remember, only you can decide if your insurance is right for you.

I have found that many clients’ personal information changes from time to time. This makes it difficult for us to serve you in the best possible way. We need correct information so we can help you.

I want you to be completely satisfied with my agency. The highest compliment I can receive is the referral of friends and family.

How is it done?

The Reviews are best done in the office, where you can see for yourself what is covered and what is not.

When is it done?

The Reviews are usually done on an annual basis. We have you on a schedule and we notify you by mail, email or phone when it is your time for your review. However, as always, please contact us at anytime with changes and questions.

What are the compelling reasons to do it?

We want to make sure that you are getting all the discounts and that you have the proper coverage on your property.

There are a number of different areas you may want to consider when reviewing your insurance needs and preparing for your future security. It’s important you prioritize your needs to implement a plan of action to help meet you and your family’s financial needs and goals.

Anything that would cause you to have a financial, or personal significant loss, should be considered during the Review, including but not limited to the following.

Auto, Home, Life, Recreational Vehicles,  Financial Planning as examples!
