Promptings
Turning good intentions into action
There are times when someone comes to mind for no obvious reason.
An old friend. A family member. A client. A neighbor. Someone who may be having a difficult day.
I have learned to pay attention to those little promptings.
If I think I should call someone, write a note, send a card, or simply say thank you, I try not to put it off.
The Person Comes First
The important thing is not the card, the technology, or the system.
The important thing is the person.
Promptings and SendOutCards are tools I use because they make it easier for me to act when I have the thought to reach out to someone.
They help me turn a good intention into something real.
A birthday remembered. A thank-you expressed. A friendship renewed. A little encouragement sent at just the right time.
“The important thing isn't the card. The important thing is the person.”
Ways To Connect
There are many simple ways to let someone know you are thinking about them.
For me, Promptings and SendOutCards make it easy to act on those thoughts instead of putting them off.
If you would like to see how I use these tools, you can explore the options below.

You can learn more about how I use Promptings to stay connected with family, friends, clients, and people I have met along the way.
A Simple Goal
My goal is not to make gratitude complicated.
It is to notice people, remember people, and act on the good thoughts we have about them.
Sometimes the smallest gesture can mean more than we realize.
At the bottom, on its own, add:
Think of someone.
Do something.
Let them know they matter.
